Shipping Method

We currently ship orders only within the European Union (EU). No shipments are made outside the EU.

1) Order Processing

  • Production/fulfillment time: 2–5 business days from order confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 (local time) are processed the next business day.
  • If any item is on backorder/pre-order, we will notify you by email with the estimated dispatch date.

2) Delivery Times (Estimate)

  • EU Central & Western (e.g., DE, AT, NL, BE, FR): 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • EU Southern & Northern (e.g., GR, IT, ES, PT, SE, DK): 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Overall standard range within the EU: 5–20 business days depending on destination and carrier workload.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local conditions.

3) Shipping Fees

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight/size.
  • Any promotional free-shipping threshold will be clearly shown at checkout when available.

4) Tracking

  • A tracking link is sent to your email once the order has shipped.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

5) Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your full name, complete address, postcode and phone number are accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays, losses or additional charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will contact you to reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus original shipping.

6) Split Shipments

  • To speed up delivery, your order may ship in multiple parcels at no additional cost to you.

7) Taxes, VAT & Duties

  • Shipments are within the EU; customs duties should not apply.
  • Prices are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law.

8) Restricted Destinations

  • We comply with any carrier or legal restrictions. Orders to temporarily restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.

9) Delays & Force Majeure

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier strikes, weather events, local restrictions).
  • We will inform you promptly in case of significant delays.

10) Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, please email us within 30 days of delivery at info@mycryptonista.com with your order number and clear photos.
  • Approved cases will be replaced or refunded according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
